Parcels are received, logged and stored securely until collection or forwarding, following the instructions defined in advance.
Notifications and Alerts
Whenever mail, parcels, phone calls or visitors are received, you are notified in real time through the channels set out in your protocol: email, SMS or mobile app.
Notification with documentary evidence
Whenever mail or a parcel is received, the notification sent to the client includes an attachment with a scan of the front of the envelope or a photograph of the package, allowing quick identification and a better sense of how important or urgent the contents are.
Mail Forwarding
Mail can be forwarded on request or on a schedule, at the frequency defined in advance by the client — daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly — using the postal service selected.
Collection and Pick-up
Mail and parcels can be collected by the company's manager or by third parties authorised in advance, subject to identification and validation.
