Documents required to sign up

At WebOffice we guarantee a secure, professional onboarding through a business verification process, ensuring compliance with the legal requirements that apply to the use of a business address.
Once you subscribe, our team follows the whole activation process with you, providing the support you need until your registration is complete.
Activation of the service is subject to the submission and validation of the mandatory documents.
Company documents
To verify ownership of the company, you will need to provide:
- Permanent Commercial Registry Certificate, or its access code
- RCBE — Portuguese Central Register of Beneficial Ownership
Documents of the person signing up
Partners, managers, directors or sole traders.
- Valid identification documentCitizen Card, Passport, Identity Card or Driving Licence.
- Tax Identification Number
- Proof of addressFor example: a water or electricity bill, a tax document or equivalent.
- Declaration of Commencement of ActivitySole traders only.
If you pay monthly by direct debit
If you choose to pay monthly by direct debit, you will also need to provide:
- Proof of IBAN showing the name of the account holder
