Cadre l\u00e9gal<\/h2>\n<p>Le Livre de R\u00e9clamations est r\u00e9gi par les textes suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9cret-loi n.\u00ba 156\/2005<\/strong> du 15 septembre \u2014 institue l\u2019obligation de disposer d\u2019un Livre de R\u00e9clamations et de le mettre \u00e0 disposition dans tous les \u00e9tablissements de fourniture de biens ou de prestation de services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9cret-loi n.\u00ba 74\/2017<\/strong> du 21 juin \u2014 cr\u00e9e le Livre de R\u00e9clamations \u00c9lectronique, \u00e9largissant le champ du livre papier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Loi n.\u00ba 144\/2015<\/strong> du 8 septembre \u2014 \u00e9tablit le cadre juridique des m\u00e9canismes de R\u00e8glement Extrajudiciaire des Litiges (RAL) de consommation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"fisico\">2. Livre de R\u00e9clamations physique<\/h2>\n<p>Il est disponible au format papier dans les locaux de WebOffice et peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment au collaborateur pr\u00e9sent. La r\u00e9clamation est r\u00e9dig\u00e9e en trois exemplaires :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Original \u2014 pour l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation (ASAE)<\/li>\n<li>Duplicata \u2014 pour le consommateur<\/li>\n<li>Triplicata \u2014 pour l\u2019op\u00e9rateur \u00e9conomique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9rateur \u00e9conomique dispose de 15 jours ouvrables pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la r\u00e9clamation et transmettre l\u2019original \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation comp\u00e9tente.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"eletronico\">3. Livre de R\u00e9clamations \u00e9lectronique<\/h2>\n<p>Le Livre de R\u00e9clamations \u00c9lectronique permet au consommateur de d\u00e9poser une r\u00e9clamation en ligne, sans avoir \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer dans les locaux de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur.
