We can't have someone working for a new boss every week. Nor can we change our geographical organization very quickly. In fact, it's even slower than the managerial one. We can't move people all over the country every week. But we can change such an electronic organization.\"<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\"... as we start to connect these computers to sophisticated networks and large user interfaces, we start to be able to create groups of people who work on a common task extremely efficiently, no matter where they are geographically. And it doesn't matter who they work for hierarchically. These organizations can live as long as they need to and then disappear.
